Cancellation Policy

Standard orders (not yet shipped)

You may cancel a standard order free of charge before it ships by emailing sale@vertexpointgroup.com or calling +1 563-306-4304 with your order reference.

Dispatched orders

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. They may be returned under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom-manufactured orders

Custom orders may be cancelled free of charge before artwork proof approval. After approval, production costs incurred are non-refundable, and orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, unavailable stock or unverifiable payment. Any payment received will be refunded in full.
