Every product page lists the SKU, capacity, dimensions, material, coating, lid compatibility, pack configuration and carton quantity.
Is there a minimum order?+
Standard products can be ordered from one carton. Custom and printed packaging has minimums confirmed in your quotation.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically at 5+ and 20+ cartons. For pallet or recurring orders, request a quote.
Can you print our logo on containers?+
Yes, custom printing is available as a made-to-order service. Send details through the Custom Packaging page.
Are your products food-contact suitable?+
Products are intended for food-service use. Food-contact documentation is provided on request where verified for the specific product.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard in-stock items usually ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on carrier and destination.
How do I pay?+
Card payment online is being set up. Currently our team confirms your order and sends a secure payment link or invoice.
What is your return policy?+
Unopened standard products may be returned within 30 days. Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective.
