Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Standard products in unopened, resaleable cartons may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened sleeves of food-contact products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Custom-sized or custom-printed products are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

How to request a return

Email sale@vertexpointgroup.com with your order reference, items and reason. We will issue a return authorization and instructions. Returns without authorization may be refused.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Defective or incorrect items

Report defects or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We will replace, credit or refund at our discretion.
