Processing times

In-stock standard products are typically processed within 2–4 business days after order and payment confirmation. Made-to-order and custom products ship according to the lead time in your quotation.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Contact us for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international requests.

Methods and costs

• Parcel carrier for smaller carton orders.
• LTL freight for pallet quantities.
• Flat shipping estimate of $35 on orders under $500; free standard shipping on orders of $500 or more within the contiguous U.S. Final freight costs for large orders are confirmed before payment.

Carrier transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.

Damage or shortages

Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report damage or shortages to sale@vertexpointgroup.com within 5 business days with photos.
