How our containers are made and checked
Materials
Paperboard is sourced to the specification listed for each product. Material and coating details are shown on every product page.
Forming
Containers, bowls, cups and trays are formed to set dimensions so that sizes and lids stay consistent from order to order.
In-process inspection
Samples are checked during production for dimensions, seams, rims and print quality.
Packing
Finished products are counted into sleeves and cartons according to each product's stated pack configuration.
Documentation
Food-contact and material documentation is provided on request where it has been verified for the specific product.
We only state certifications or environmental properties (such as compostability) for a product when supporting documentation is available. Ask us for the documents relevant to your order.
